Windham World Affairs Council is located in Southern Vermont and seeks to promote ideas and conversations regarding international matters. WWAC is an all-volunteer council and proudly maintains all events free of charge to the public. The organization seeks individuals with diverse perspectives who can shed light on the political, economic, social, and environmental problems of our complex world and offer possible solutions. In so doing, their intention is to encourage discourse and dialogue. WWAC's goal is to help its audience better understand the issues and problems the world is facing. They aim to contribute to the creation of a livable, peaceful, better world in which people are prepared to participate knowledgeably in public affairs and make informed choices in elections.
