The World Affairs Councils of America is an independent, nonpartisan organization dedicated to engaging the public and leading global voices to better understand the world, America’s international role, and the policy choices that impact our daily lives and our future. We need your help! Your generous contributions will strengthen our capacity to support the World Affairs Council Network through educational and civic initiatives - any amount helps.

Your donation goes to:

  • Academic WorldQuest Endowment
    • Academic WorldQuest™ is the World Affairs Councils of America's flagship student education program, now in its 18th year. The main objective of the school-year program is to inform and engage high school teens and their teachers across the country in global affairs. More than 5,000 students participate in after-school learning to test their knowledge of international affairs in team-based Academic WorldQuest™ competitions hosted by approximately 50 World Affairs Councils. The winning student teams from these local contests vie to become national champions at the Carlos and Malú Alvarez Academic WorldQuest National Competition, held each April in Washington, DC.
    • We are 23% away from achieving our goal of $1 million!
